Last updated: 11 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply when you use alexcreative.gallery, purchase artwork or other products, or book an event through the website.
1. About us
Alex Creative Artist provides original artwork, creative products and art events. If you need to contact us about an order, event booking or these terms, please use the Contact page.
2. Website use
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or use its content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.
3. Artwork and products
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device used to view the website. Where an item is unique or handmade, small variations are part of its individual character.
4. Event bookings
Event places are subject to availability. A booking is treated as confirmed once the checkout process is completed successfully and you receive confirmation. Please make sure the contact details provided at checkout are accurate so we can contact you if an event changes.
If an event has to be cancelled or materially changed by us, we will contact affected customers and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include moving the booking or issuing a refund where appropriate.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include card payments, digital wallets, bank transfer or PayPal. Payment services are provided by third-party payment providers under their own terms.
6. Delivery and collection
Where a physical item requires delivery or collection, the available options and any charges will be shown at checkout. Event bookings are supplied as bookings and do not require physical delivery.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. Any specific cancellation, return or refund information given on the relevant product or event page, during checkout, or in your order confirmation should be read alongside these terms.
Some made-to-order, personalised or event-related purchases may have different cancellation arrangements where permitted by law. If you need to cancel, return or discuss a booking or order, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page.
8. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the artwork, images, text, branding and other original material on this website remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. Purchasing an original artwork or product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless this is expressly agreed in writing.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control.
10. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page will show when they were last updated. The terms that apply to an order or booking are those in force when the order or booking is made.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
